RockHaven Publishing

Note: We are not open for submissions. This is a private press dedicated to special projects only.

From the end of the earth I will cry to You,
When my heart is overwhelmed;
Lead me to the rock that is higher than I.

For You have been a shelter for me,
A strong tower from the enemy.

I will abide in Your tabernacle forever;
I will trust in the shelter of Your wings.

Psalm 61:2

What is RockHaven Publishing?

A private press dedicated to special projects that run whether in popular demand or not. We choose projects we are passionate about. We have multiple books in the works.

Who is RockHaven Publishing?

Simply put, me. Sarah Elisabeth. But I could not take a step without a whole team of support I pull together for each project. I could never face the challenges of publishing alone. And wouldn’t dare think of doing it without my mama. No, seriously. She is my biggest fan/assistant/adviser and makes a whole team sometimes by herself.

Where is RockHaven Publishing?

The publishing industry has changed dramatically with the availability and popularity of ebooks. The digital age has turned things over and made room for anyone who wants to work hard and see their book on a virtual shelf. Since this is our primary focus, you could say this press is everywhere the Internet is available. But if you want a place to put your finger on, do it in the heart of the great state of Texas.

Why RockHaven Publishing?

I’ll be honest. Publishing is a tough business. You work and work and work with no guarantees more than a handful of people will ever read the finished project. But I still do it. Why? It comes back to our name. We chose RockHaven as the generic title for any ministry or mission we undertake. We believe in Christ our Rock and that He is always our Haven of rest. We share that Rock and Haven through art. RockHaven Publishing is one of those mediums.

    I have my own publishing company, too. Ground zero right now, but high hopes in the form of Selective Focus Designs.

      Congrats, Kathy! I hope the best for you with your publishing. It’s a challenging endeavor, but a pretty amazing ride as well.

    I’m currently on your website trying to figure out how to sign up for your e-mails. I was receiving them under a different e-mail address, and unsubscribed, thinking I could insert my new e-mail address. How do I get this done? Help! Also, on your contact page, the contact form is not interactive . . . at least using Chrome it isn’t.

      Hey Valerie, I’m so sorry about these glitches! I’m in the process of moving my website to another server and had disabled some plugins that caused the problems. I’ve added you with this email address now.
